He was thinking more about his own benefits and commissions rather than customers benefit. but I was lucky enough to find out in the last minutes this is not a right place for me. I did my own research and I went to the a bank directly and I've got a much better deal and I saved myself more than a $10,000.

The lady had no information what she is doing and coming back and forth for asking docs, which was given on time and eventually my loan got declined without any reason because of her lack unprofessionalism.
