  Most unprofessional manager. There is a brown manager who is rude like hell. They charged me twice for the same food even after showing the transaction on the bank account and an confirmation from the bank customer service. Im going to complain to fair trade. Mac Donald’s you can be big but you are not always right. I need an answer

  I eat an alarming amount of McDonald’s from a vast array of stores and it always delights me how utterly reliable it is. No matter how far from home you may be it is just consistently delicious

  Even though there seemed plenty of staff and not many seated. Tables needed to be cleared pretty much everywhere. I clear my table personally and feel its easy so just do it but other don't unfortunately.

  We've been here a few times and nine times out of ten, the food is either cold, stale or they get our order wrong and argue with us about it. One time, our chicken nuggets tasted like lumps of cold fat. Another time we told them our drink was missing and they told us that we hadn't ordered it when it clearly said on the receipt that we had. Do yourself a favour, go across the road to Hungry Jacks. The food is warmer and so is the customer service.

  I ordered an Oreo McFlurry from here expecting to get some dessert after a tiring day but once I got it they gave me so little Oreo it literally tasted like a plain sundae, and as a bonus they also forgot to give me my straw for my drink. I was severely disappointed knowing that someone new probably worked on my order, please train your employees better.

  Had my son's 6th birthday party here today, and the girls (Charlotte) and 1 other not sure if her name ooppss. Were wonderful hosts. Thomas had a great day with his friends ???? thank you

  Great coffee. I have visited a lot of different McDonald's and this is the best coffee in Melbourne.
