  The workers at this place take to long to make the food you order. My family and I waited 40 minutes to get our food and they kept saying waited 5 minutes or 15 minutes to us. About 30 came after us ordering and they all didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes to get their food.

  I don’t mind if you didn’t add an item to my order for whatever reason, but don’t make me go around and wait in line to pay for an item you didn’t add. The first wait is long enough
  Get organised it’s only a tap of a card at the pick up window Or better yet get it right the first time.
  I don’t really write reviews but feels like every second time I go through the drive through they seem to get something wrong.
  What about when you pay for something to get home and they didn’t add it in, that really gets me going.
  Enough is enough that is why I wrote this post and I don’t think I can go and wast my time and money at the Altona North kfc
  Train your staff to work with the customer not against.

  It was a clean store, was later at night though. Wasn't much chicken left. Chips were fresh, drink was cold and the zinger burger was extra saucy

  The food was as good as you get at any of these outlets, the difference was the employees seemed to have been trained not to use any manners. Service actually felt hostile.

  I order drive through and when I got home, I saw the chicken and chips was not fresh, chicken skin and chips was soggy and oily. Extremely disappointed
