  Great customer service, they usually have whatever I've needed to pop in for, and are more often than not very attentive to their patrons. Would recommend to anyone who needs a local chemist to go to!

  Absolutely appalling customer service. Manager is so rude and cocky, was struggling to find a single item for over 15min, running around trying to ask where it was. All they were doing was chit-chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Horrible waiting times, one person at the whole counter!! Empty counters where workers should be. Don't waste your time and money here, just go to Chemist Warehouse or something. Useless chemist. Read some of the other reviews and answers too, the person answering the reviews is so rude. Who checks surveillance footage just so make sure someone isn't lying about waiting?! That's appalling. Imagine being so stuck up you check footage and correct them on 2 minutes!!!

  Staff are friendly and helpful. Chris is amazing and always available for advice. Great access to store and good parking facilities.
  Even better now they provide Covid vaccinations :)

  Excellent customer service, friendly at all times, competitive prices and convenient parking. I find this pharmacy is faultless. Simon is absolutely wonderful, both in persona and knowledge, and the girls are all extremely lovely. The understanding, patience and empathy demonstrated is to be commended. I frequent the store on a regular basis, and the fact it’s personalised service, not the production line feel of other pharmacies, is what maintains my loyalty. Highly recommended.

  Very happy with the friendliness and fantastic customer service provided by the staff and pharmacists at this chemist. I have been a long time customer to this chemist and would reccomend them to the wider community of Altona. Always helpful and able to answer questions on various products and medications. A vibrant range of giftware great for many occasions. Always a pleasure to do business on a first name basis.
