  I gave my toyato rav4 for a casual routine service. The car was driving smooth and had no issues absolutely. I got the car back in the evening along with a big list of parts to be changed. I was fine to change it. as they said that I can only get a pink slip at Altona meadows I decided to change the parts at kmart tyres altona meadows sooner this week. but the car had such a weird throttling noise, with uneven speed control and steering out of control. I really did not feel any comfortable driving it. The next day I called them and upon advise my husband took the car next day. The mechanic / specialist had given a response that "Because the spark plug was removed to check there would be air space and it will sound that way. it will only be worst if you do not change it". while my husband asked him to just return the car in the same condition it was given to them. He denied and said it will become worse cant do anything. I expect that a car sent for service will at least return back in the same condition as given but this had made the car worst along with such irresponsible response and a very bitter experience. Now I cant even take the car to change the things . I really don't think the car can run on a highway. I feel they really made the condition of the car miserable so that we will accept to change the parts with them as we cannot drive it to another mechanic. I request Kmart to consider this case and just give my car in the same condition I gave it to them. I will change those parts for sure but their quotes were so high and expensive compared to other authorized centers. after such an awful experience I am not going to change the parts with them. This is my worst experience with any service. I would appreciate if the responsible authority would intervene to sort this issue
