- Alex Kypros Added January 10, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had some trouble with my 4wd and couldn't get it to start. Went to bursons to get a new battery to see if that would fix the problem, spoke with a really helpful lady there. Installed the battery but still couldn't get the car to start. Turns out it was the starter motor, so I returned the unused battery to bursons. The guy I spoke with flat out refused to accept the battery as it had been installed (even though it had not been used) and left me with a $170 battery I do not need. I won't be coming back to this place and advise everyone to steer clear. They obviously don't care about their customers and are only concerned with their bottom line. Really poor form, guys.
- Chad Louthan Added July 25, 2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Clean store. Prices seemed high for the same product at other comparable stores. Staff felt fine having a personal conversation while trying to help me out. Did not have the part nor did the staff take the time to look for the part.
