  Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took 2 items in to be cleaned. They were meant to call to advise when they were ready. I finally called them after not hearing for 5 days and the bizarreness began.... Guy asks for the name- phone put down, I wait a minute, voice comes back (in the distance?) saying 'Hello... hello'. Finally actually picks the phone back up and speaks into it (wondering if the guy has never used a phone before?) Then he asks for phone number- repeat previous waiting and phone routine. Finally asks for ticket number which i read out verbatim form the ticket. "No such number. No. You make mistake" I repeat it verbatim from the ticket. After 5 minutes he finally tells me that the number should be just 3 of the digits in the middle of the sequence (as if I should somehow have known this) and abuses me for getting it wrong!! Absolutely incredible. I go in to collect the clothes and the guy refuses to accept that 1. I read the exact number on the ticket and 2. He has been wrong to insult me. Not only that but he say's "F&$k you". I can only assume this guy is the owner or he would have been fired long ago. But I will never set foot anywhere near this place again and would advise others to do the same.

  Altona Dry Cleaners provides great service at reasonable prices. They have a modern, 24 hour service, where you can leave and pickup clothes after hours via a modern 'vending' type machine, if you can't drop clothes off during the work day. Val and Bill also provide a very personalised service over the counter Monday to Saturday and their cleaning is always first class, with any problems, if they ever occur, always being backed by their warranty. They can clean (wash) awkward things like doonas and pillows that are too big for normal household washing machines, take extra care with brides dresses and business suits, take the hassle out of laundering and ironing 5 to 6 business shirts each week and best of all, only use 'green' chemicals that leave no smell or odour, and don't harm the environment. A final touch, they have a dedicated driveway right to the front door of the shop...so never any parking hassles, just convenient, friendly, reasonably priced, great all-round service.

  Friendly and Reliable. Never had any Problems at all and going by experience, That's a Rare Asset Now.
  Also Very Reasonable $$$
